Contacting the Gallery
Email us at jordan@emeraldthinker.com or call 510-395-7650. We reply to all inquiries within 2 business days, and often sooner. Please include your order number if you have one, and the title of the artwork you are asking about.
Private viewings and studio visits are available by appointment.
Before You Buy
Every artwork is photographed and described carefully, but we are always happy to help you feel confident about a purchase. Ask us for additional photos, detail shots, a video of the piece, condition information, or a sense of scale in a room.
Because all sales are final, we encourage you to reach out with any questions before purchasing. See our Return Policy for details.
Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once your artwork ships.
If you have not received your confirmation, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Shipping & Delivery
Most original artworks ship free within the United States, fully insured, with signature required on delivery. Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery. For quotes, international shipping, local pickup, and more, see our Shipping Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged or is not the work you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of all packaging. Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
Because every shipment is insured, we will file the carrier claim on your behalf and keep you updated.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges except when a work arrives damaged or is not as described. Please read our full Return Policy.
Authenticity & Documentation
Questions about the authenticity, provenance, or documentation of a work are always welcome. Contact us with the title of the piece and we will provide the information available for it.
Commissions & Special Requests
Interested in a commissioned work or a custom framing arrangement? Contact us to discuss scope, timeline, and pricing. Commissioned works are final sale and may require additional processing time.
