Return & Exchange Policy

All sales at Emerald Thinker Gallery are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, except when a work arrives damaged or is not as described.

Every artwork is carefully photographed and described before it is offered. Please review the images, dimensions, medium, and details of each work before purchasing. Contact us with any questions; we are happy to provide additional photos, condition information, or a video of the piece.

All artwork is shipped fully insured. If your work arrives damaged, we will file the carrier claim on your behalf and keep you updated throughout.

If your artwork arrives damaged, or is not the work you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jordan@emeraldthinker.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the artwork, showing the damage
• Photos of all packaging, including the outer box and any internal protection

Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved. The carrier may need to inspect it, and we may not be able to process a claim without it.

Once we confirm the issue, we will, at our discretion, repair the work, replace it, or issue a full refund, including original shipping. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover the cost of insured return shipping.

We cannot accept claims for:

• Change of mind, or the work not suiting your space
• Slight variations in color between your screen and the physical work
• Damage that occurred after delivery
• Works that have been altered, reframed, or removed from their original condition
• Refused or unclaimed deliveries
• Claims submitted after the 48-hour window

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before contacting your bank or card issuer. We are happy to resolve questions about your order directly and quickly.
