REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: November 19, 2025


1. General Policy

We want collectors to feel confident when acquiring artwork.
Due to the nature of fine art, many items are final sale, but some situations qualify for refunds or replacements.


2. Eligible for Refund/Replacement

A. Damaged Artwork Upon Arrival

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the damage + packaging

  2. Contact us within 72 hours

  3. We will offer:

    • Replacement (if available)

    • Repair (case-by-case)

    • Partial refund

    • Full refund if the piece cannot be repaired or replaced

B. Incorrect Item Received

We will cover reshipment and replace the item.


3. Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Digital products (COAs, downloads)

  • Limited edition prints once shipped

  • NFTs or blockchain-based products

  • Artwork damaged after delivery due to mishandling


4. Returns

Do not ship artwork back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.


5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Commissions cannot be canceled after the artist begins work.
