Due to the nature of fine art, many items are final sale, but some situations qualify for refunds or replacements.
If your artwork arrives damaged:
Photograph the damage + packaging
Contact us within 72 hours
We will offer:
Replacement (if available)
Repair (case-by-case)
Partial refund
Full refund if the piece cannot be repaired or replaced
We will cover reshipment and replace the item.
Change of mind after purchase
Commissioned artwork
Digital products (COAs, downloads)
Limited edition prints once shipped
NFTs or blockchain-based products
Artwork damaged after delivery due to mishandling
Do not ship artwork back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Commissions cannot be canceled after the artist begins work.
